Global Equipment Register
The global equipment register contains all customer’s equipment, with quick find and sort facilities using the in-house reference number, manufacturer’s serial number, product code, description plus date supplied. The detailed manufacturer’s specification can be transferred from a supplier’s website and can be modified with any special amendments. Equipment can be transferred between customers and ultimately recorded as scrap when it comes to the end of its useful life. The global register directly updates the customer’s equipment register and attaches the equipment to a contract if required.
Creation of New Equipment
Equipment from an accepted quotation created in Dealer CRM can be transferred automatically into the equipment registers, creating separate records where a quantity of the same item has been purchased. If equipment including loans has been transferred between customers a detailed history is maintained.
Customer Equipment Register
Displays the equipment held by each client, the date supplied along with corresponding user or department & contract renewal information . Additional items not ordered through the quotation screen can be added and the global register is directly updated and the equipment attached to a contract if required.
