Services Contracts
Enables multiple service contracts with varying renewal periods and response times, containing itemised details against each customer. Contract renewal processing by date creates invoices with detail equipment schedules. The invoices are batch processed to the Sales Ledger of Iris Exchequer, Opera II or Sage Line 50. Contract Memo details can be recorded for any mid term changes to the contract which are highlighted when a renewal list is run, together with the contract costs for the last period.
Licences And Subscriptions
The system provides for maintenance using the contract screen of a variety of licences, anti virus, broadband and telecom subscriptions from monthly to annual frequency. The billing is performed alongside the contract renewals and consolidated multiple contract & licence renewals are available.
Chargeable Calls
For non-contract customers a list of proposed engineering and software support charges are examined by the service manager prior to approving the charges and processing a batch of the chargeable invoices into the appropriate accounts Sales Ledger. Individual invoices can be produced.
